The increase of the outlets of greenhouse gases linked to the drain in time of our reserves from fossile energies urge us inexorably to find and install alternative solutions. Through its exhibition about renewable energies, Ever Monaco offers a valuable enlargement of these technologies - either effective or in course of development - in order to favour their commercialisation. CONFERENCE Scientific conferences will bring together specialists in the field in the ecological vehicles, renewable energies and sustainable development. The 5th MONACO ENCOUNTER «SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT» Organized by the environmental association of Monaco MC2D, in collaboration with National Department of the Education, Youth and Sport, the Final of the third edition of the Monaco Debates on « Youth and Sustainable Development” will take place at the Grimaldi Forum in the context of the EVER salon. The objective of this year’s encounter is to help make young people more aware of the concept of sustainable development and to help them better understand the impacts on nature of the choices we all make, individually and collectively. In learning about the environment for sustainable development in our school, the students are gaining a better understanding of the global system in which we live, at the level of the environment but also the economic and social aspects. In the hope that their reflections on these matters can make themselves heard beyond the limits of their school, MC2D offers to these young people the opportunity to debate in public these environmental issues, which will constitute the major challenges of their near future – and to hear what they have to say about how we can protect our planet. EVER’10 is intended to be a forum of specialists coming from both universities and industries, involved in R&D projects in the area of ecological vehicles and of renewable energies. They will have the opportunity to share their scientific, technical, business and social experiences with other attendees coming from all over the world, through the presentation and the discussion of their recent innovations either at lecture or dialogue sessions or at the different booths of the exhibition which will be organized in parallel with the conference. |
