| Description: |
The concept of presenting the latest developments and products in renewable energies, energy-saving technologies and energy efficient construction along with all other fields of construction and building services engineering at the same time and on the same premises has proved its worth. The synergies between the two events are valued and exploited not only by the specialist visitors attending the fair from all around the world; for the exhibitors, these synergies also represent one guarantee for the success of their fair presentation. The reliability, competence and sure hand of an experienced trade show organiser – we have been staging specialist exhibitions in the field of "Renewable Energies, Energy-Saving Technologies and Energy-Efficient Construction" for over 10 years now – is another.
Take part as an exhibitor in this International Marketplace for Renewable Energies and Energy-Efficient Technologies. Together with 300 other exhibitors in five exhibition halls, look forward to around 70,000 visitors from across Germany and throughout the world. From Germany and Europe as a whole, it is predominantly representatives from the solar and heating industry, architects, investors, wholesalers and planning consultants who travel to the fair. Beyond the European context, Berlin is in particular the Gateway to the East. In addition to a large number of visitors from the EU Eastern Enlargement countries, significant streams of visitors are regularly recorded from the CIS countries, India, Iran, the People's Republic of China, and Taiwan.
On the other hand, the high proportion of skilled tradesmen and specialist craftsmen among the visitors is largely restricted to Berlin and the adjacent new German federal states.
For the 10th time now, the SolarEnergy in 2010 will be the industry's meeting-place for manufacturers, component suppliers, politicians and members of the scientific community. At the same time, Berlin is also seen as a key showroom for the latest developments. The spectrum extends from photovoltaics over solar thermal systems, heat pumps, combined heat and power plants, biomass and biogas to passive house technology with minimal heating and cooling requirements. A new addition to the fair is the Centre for Energy-Efficient Construction and Rehabilitation. The SolarEnergy will once again be complemented by a number of technical congresses.
