1. Automatization Production Line Series
This production line is designed according to customer requirement, can be met customer’s need, this line is consist of lay up and conveying line at pre-lamination, conveying line after lamination, automatic framing and locking production line, clearing and junction box assembly line, cleaning conveying line, auto-testing conveying line, automatic control temperature testing line, sorting and testing conveying line. Each of working procedure through different transmission, location and overturn, storing/releasing mechanism can be achieved the requirement of encapsulation module. It can be met technical requirement of automatic control . The conveying mechanism of production line has outstanding features ,which is stable conveying, reliable and higher efficacy. During the period of module running , the module doesn’t jump and deviate. It is essential technical requirement that the module should be lay-up in no wrong position at pre-lamination.

2. Automatic Laminator
The purpose of JCYY-A series laminator is to laminate the material and encapsulate it be composite structure without gap or bubbles. Laminating machine adhere layers of material by the thermoplastic or the thermosetting film. The temperature, vacuum degree, air pressure of the process chamber can be individually controlled and it provides the finest condition of provides the finest condition of process chamber for the particular material and disposal.
