| 説明: | Bright Green takes place 12-13 December 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark, in parallel with the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP15). The new venue Forum is centrally located in Copenhagen, a mere 12 minutes direct subway transportation from Bella Center.
COP15 is the last call for a new global climate agreement – the Copenhagen Protocol–to succeed the Kyoto Protocol, which expires in 2012. Exhibiting at this event is a unique opportunity to make your statement and brand your company as part of the climate solution. Bright Green brings to life a universe which addresses official delegates, the press, business delegates and the general public. Bright Green combines elements from art, architecture, entertainment and trade fairs. It showcases the business response to the climate challenge – not only as traditional trade fair but also as a live statement from the world’s most innovative and climate-friendly enterprises. We have looked for our conceptual idea to design, art and architectural exhibitions, which are all about filling visitors with new thoughts and new ideas. We believe that by borrowing from this presentation form – which puts emphasis on creative content and response to specific challenges – we can best help participating companies to spread the message about their solutions and products. Visitors to a climate summit are typically not very technologically knowledgeable people. Rather, they are decision makers who deal with climate challenges on a daily basis and need to find solutions – politically and financially. So the intention is not to create a technology fair, but to create an exhibition that provides clear and comprehensible answers to the world’s climate challenges. We believe that this approach will engage the delegates, decision makers, the press and the public, who are also deeply concerned about our planet. So it will not be a conventional expo where companies struggle to make themselves heard in the general din of banners, brochures and sales reps. Our experience and surveys show that it is very difficult to gain the attention of delegates and other decision makers in conventional climate-tech fairs held during climate summits. The intention is naturally to sell – not least because we believe that your Bright Green technological solutions are really the answer to the world’s climate challenges. Inspire and Challenge We believe that the greatest sales potential in this context is to showcase genuine solutions in an inspiring, trustworthy and easily accessible way. The idea with the Bright Green exhibition in Forum is to create a experience park that is rich in content and provides real answers to real challenges. Visitors can embark on a tour of discovery, have their senses challenged and at the same time become aware that climate-friendly high-tech solutions that can save our planet have already been invented. Expotainment The stand areas will be complemented with areas dedicated to learning experiences, adventure and entertainment. It is our ambition to attract a range of renowned international speakers to address the climate challenge from several different angles. A special event programme will ensure a variety of relevant activities for different target groups throughout the event. When visitors explore the exhibition area they will experience a coherent story – a concerted technological response to the world’s climate challenges in a carefully organised exhibition design, where the companies’ solutions are constantly in focus. Exhibitors Exhibitors will comprise companies from all over the world with climate-friendly energy technology as their primary business area in the manufacturing, development or consultancy sectors. The concept relies on the exhibiting companies appearing as “climate artists” – each bringing their own mechanical or interactive exposition(s) of technologies which can contribute to a climate-friendly and prosperous global society. Facilities The stands are modules of 3x3x3 metres. Exhibitors can book a single stand, a number of adjoining stands – with or without dividing walls – or a number of stands in different thematic areas. The stands will all display the Bright Green identity in the form of a short statement from each exhibitor together with the name and logo of the exhibitor. Visitors Bright Green brings to life a universe which addresses a wide audience: official delegates, the press, business delegates and the general public. Our aim is to attract as many delegates as possible from the COP. This will be facilitated by the fact that Bright Green includes Sunday 13 December which is rest day during the political negotiations and by the fact that the Bright Green venue Forum is centrally located in Copenhagen, a mere 12 minutes direct subway transportation from Bella Center. |
